Wellness & HEALING
OUR APPROACH: WHOLE-PERSON CARE
VOICES treats wellness as a journey, not a checklist.
We believe that caring for the whole person requires more than referrals and appointments. Our continuum of services addresses physical, emotional, and mental health, and it’s delivered by staff and peer leaders who know what it means to navigate trauma and systemic barriers. Youth are met with compassion, consent, and respect through culturally responsive and trauma‑informed care.
At VOICES, healing happens in community.
Peer navigators provide wellness coaching, help young people apply for and use medical benefits, and coordinate co‑located services like counseling, nutrition workshops, and fitness activities.
We don’t tell youth how to recover; we walk beside them, offering information, options, and unconditional support.
