Education & Opportunity
Our approach: youth‑defined futures
Every young person deserves the chance to imagine and create a future that excites them. Whether someone is exploring college, training, work or still figuring things out, VOICES helps youth envision and pursue the path they want.
Our support ensures the academic success of low‑income, transition‑age youth while providing job readiness, placement and financial literacy services. Education Navigators offer peer‑based guidance and help youth navigate the complicated world of post‑secondary education and employment.
VOICES meets young people where they are, without pressure or shame. We listen to their goals, interests and challenges, then work together to map out the next steps.
Our programs blend practical guidance with encouragement, helping youth build confidence and acquire the skills they need to succeed. We recognize that for many low‑income, transition‑age youth, pathways to college and careers can feel inaccessible; our role is to open doors and walk through them alongside each young person.
